Amending O. Reg. 258/98

(RULES OF THE SMALL CLAIMS COURT)

1. Clause 21.01 (1) (d) of Ontario Regulation 258/98 is amended by striking out “a court reporter” and substituting “an authorized court transcriptionist”.

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
