Amending O. Reg. 196/10

(GRANTS FOR STUDENT NEEDS - LEGISLATIVE GRANTS FOR THE 2010-2011 SCHOOL BOARD FISCAL YEAR)

1. Subparagraph 1 i of subsection 59 (3) of Ontario Regulation 196/10 is amended by adding the following sub-subparagraph:

B.1 the total of all amounts, if any, received by the board in respect of the 2010 calendar year from a municipality under subsections 353 (4), (4.1) and 366 (3) of the Municipal Act, 2001,

2. Items 14 and 33 of Table 27 of the Regulation are revoked and the following substituted:
