Amending O. Reg. 160/11

(GRANTS FOR STUDENT NEEDS - LEGISLATIVE GRANTS FOR THE 2011-2012 SCHOOL BOARD FISCAL YEAR)

1. Subparagraph 1 i of subsection 62 (3) of Ontario Regulation 160/11 is amended by adding the following sub-subparagraph:

B.1 the total of all amounts, if any, received by the board in respect of the 2011 calendar year from a municipality under subsections 353 (4), (4.1) and 366 (3) of the Municipal Act, 2001,

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
