Amending O. Reg. 136/12

(GRANTS FOR STUDENT NEEDS - LEGISLATIVE GRANTS FOR THE 2012-2013 SCHOOL BOARD FISCAL YEAR)

1. Subparagraph 1 i of subsection 63 (3) of Ontario Regulation 136/12 is amended by adding the following sub-subparagraph:

B.1 the total of all amounts, if any, received by the board in respect of the 2012 calendar year from a municipality under subsections 353 (4), (4.1) and 366 (3) of the Municipal Act, 2001,

2. Item 6 of Table 25.2 of the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:
