Amending Reg. 735 of R.R.O. 1990

(ESTABLISHMENT OF LOCAL ROADS AREAS - NORTHWESTERN REGION)

1. Schedule 119 to Regulation 735 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is revoked and the following substituted:

PELLATT NO. 2 LOCAL ROADS AREA

All those portions of the Townships of Pellatt and Umbach in the Territorial District of Kenora shown outlined on Ministry of Transportation Plan N-505-13, filed with the Record Services Unit of the Ministry of Transportation at North Bay on February 19, 2013.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
