Amending O. Reg. 454/09

(PRESCRIBED TEMPORARY INDEXING FACTOR)

1. Section 1 of Ontario Regulation 454/09 is amended by striking out “2010, 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2014” and substituting “2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014 and 2015”. 

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of January 1, 2015 and the day it is filed.
