Amending O. Reg. 632/94

(PUBLIC BODIES)

1. Section 2 of Ontario Regulation 632/94 is revoked and the following substituted:

Independent Electricity System Operator

2. The Independent Electricity System Operator is a public body for the purposes of the Act.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of January 1, 2015 and the day it is filed.
