Amending O. Reg. 222/98

(GENERAL)

1. Paragraph 37 of subsection 28 (1) of Ontario Regulation 222/98 is amended by striking out “the Ontario Power Authority” and substituting “the Independent Electricity System Operator”.

2. Paragraph 25 of subsection 43 (1) of the Regulation  is amended by striking out “the Ontario Power Authority” and substituting “the Independent Electricity System Operator”.

Commencement

3. This Regulation comes into force on the later of January 1, 2015 and the day it is filed.
