Amending O. Reg. 97/08

(DESIGNATION OF GOODS, SERVICES AND TECHNOLOGIES)

1. Section 1 of Ontario Regulation 97/08 is amended by striking out “subsection 3 (1)” in the portion before paragraph 1 and substituting “subsection 4 (1)”.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of January 1, 2015 and the day it is filed.
