Amending O. Reg. 393/07

(SMART METERING ENTITY)

1. Section 2 of Ontario Regulation 393/07 is amended by striking out “(The IMO)” and substituting “(The IESO)”.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of January 1, 2015 and the day it is filed.
