Amending O. Reg. 293/12

(SERVICES TO OTHER MINISTRIES AND PUBLIC BODIES)

1. (1) Subsection 3 (0.1) of Ontario Regulation 293/12 is amended by adding the following paragraph:

3.1 An amount owing or collectable under the Employment Protection for Foreign Nationals Act (Live-in Caregivers and Others), 2009.

(2) Paragraph 3.1 of subsection 3 (0.1), as enacted by subsection (1), is amended by striking out “(Live-in Caregivers and Others)”.

Commencement

2. (1) Subject to subsection (2), this Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.

(2) Subsection 1 (2) comes into force on the later of the day section 1 of Schedule 1 to the Stronger Workplaces for a Stronger Economy Act, 2014 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
