(SOURCE PROTECTION AREAS AND REGIONS)
1. Subsections 1 (2) and (3) of Ontario Regulation 284/07 are revoked and the following substituted:
(2) The boundaries of each source protection area established under section 4 of the Act are altered to the boundaries described in a data file entitled “SPAGEN” (Source Protection Area Generalized) and dated April 1, 2012, as amended from time to time, that is maintained by the Ministry of Natural Resources as part of its Land Information Ontario initiative.
(3) Subsection (2) applies only if the following are available to the public on the Internet and in such other manner as the Minister considers appropriate:
1. The data file referred to in subsection (2).
2. A map that shows the approximate boundaries that are described in the data file referred to in subsection (2).
