(GRANTS FOR STUDENT NEEDS - LEGISLATIVE GRANTS FOR THE 2012-2013 SCHOOL BOARD FISCAL YEAR)
1. Section 51.1 of Ontario Regulation 136/12 is revoked and the following substituted:
Amount for retrofitting school space for child care
51.1 (1) The amount for the board for the fiscal year for retrofitting school space for child care is the amount set out in Column 2 of Table 25.1 opposite the name of the board.
(2) The Minister may recover a portion of the amount referred to in subsection (1) in accordance with section 52.1 of Ontario Regulation 76/14 (Grants for Student Needs — Legislative Grants for the 2014-2015 School Board Fiscal Year) made under the Act.
2. Table 25.1 of the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:
