Amending O. Reg. 405/00

(GENERAL)

1. Subsection 7 (1) of Ontario Regulation 405/00 is amended by striking out “or” at the end of clause (b), by adding “or” at the end of clause (c) and by adding the following clause:

(d) the manufacturer to whom the approval has been issued ceases to be a member of the wine authority.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of July 1, 2015 and the day it is filed.
