Amending O. Reg. 120/13

(GRANTS FOR STUDENT NEEDS - LEGISLATIVE GRANTS FOR THE 2013-2014 SCHOOL BOARD FISCAL YEAR)

1. Subsection 3 (10) of Ontario Regulation 120/13 is amended by striking out “revised March 2014” and substituting “revised April 2015”.

2. The definition of “School Foundation Allocation Table” in subsection 17 (2) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “revised March 2014” and substituting “revised April 2015”.

3. Paragraph 8 of subsection 57 (1) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “under paragraph 15” and substituting “under paragraph 20”.

4. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
