Amending Reg. 950 of R.R.O. 1990

1. (1) Item 422.1 of Schedule 43 to Regulation 950 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is revoked and the following substituted:

(2) Schedule 43 to the Regulation is amended by adding the following items:

	439.2	Fail to leave one metre while passing bicycle	subsection 148 (6.1)
	439.3	Fail to leave one metre while passing bicycle — community safety zone	subsection 148 (6.1)

(3) Items 457 to 458.1 of Schedule 43 to the Regulation are revoked and the following substituted:

(4) Items 468 and 468.1 of Schedule 43 to the Regulation are revoked and the following substituted:

(5) Items 477 and 478 of Schedule 43 to the Regulation are revoked and the following substituted:

(6) Item 498 of Schedule 43 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

	498.	Bus not used to transport adults with developmental disabilities or children, painted chrome yellow	subsection 175 (3)
	498.1	Chrome yellow bus not displaying required markings	subsection 175 (3.1)

(7) Item 500 of Schedule 43 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

Commencement

3. (1) Subject to subsections (2) to (6), this Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.

(2) Subsections 1 (1) and (3) come into force on the later of August 1, 2015 and the day this Regulation is filed.

(3) Subsection 1 (2) comes into force on the later of the day section 42 of the Transportation Statute Law Amendment Act (Making Ontario’s Roads Safer), 2015 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.

(4) Subsection 1 (4) comes into force on the later of the day section 47 of the Transportation Statute Law Amendment Act (Making Ontario’s Roads Safer), 2015 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.

(5) Subsection 1 (5) comes into force on the later of the day section 49 of the Transportation Statute Law Amendment Act (Making Ontario’s Roads Safer), 2015 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.

(6) Section 2 comes into force on the later of September 1, 2015 and the day this Regulation is filed.
