Amending O. Reg. 340/94

(DRIVERS’ LICENCES)

1. Subsection 9 (3) of Ontario Regulation 340/94 is amended by adding the following paragraph:

5. An offence under section 78 or 78.1 of the Act.

2. (1) Section 10 of the Regulation is amended by adding the following subsection:

(2.1) Subsection 9 (1) does not apply with respect to a conviction for an offence described in paragraph 5 of subsection 9 (3), if the offence occurred before the day section 1 of Ontario Regulation 227/15 comes into force.

(2) Subsection 10 (3) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “paragraph 3 or 4” in the portion before clause (a) and substituting “paragraph 3, 4 or 5”.

Commencement

3. This Regulation comes into force on the later of September 1, 2015 and the day it is filed.
