Amending Reg. 940 of R.R.O. 1990

(GARNISHMENT)

1. Section 1 of Regulation 940 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is revoked.

2. (1) Clause 3 (a) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “and statement of particulars”.

(2) Clause 3 (b) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “and statement of particulars”.

3. Form 1 of the Regulation is revoked.

4. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
