Amending Reg. 552 of R.R.O. 1990

(GENERAL)

1. Subparagraph 3 i of subsection 24 (1.1) of Regulation 552 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is amended by striking out “a facility within the meaning of the Developmental Services Act” and substituting “a supported group living residence or intensive support residence within the meaning of the Services and Supports to Promote the Social Inclusion of Persons with Developmental Disabilities Act, 2008”.

2. Subparagraph 4 vii of subsection 38 (4) of the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

vii. a supported group living residence or intensive support residence within the meaning of the Services and Supports to Promote the Social Inclusion of Persons with Developmental Disabilities Act, 2008, or

3. Subsection 38.0.1 (2) of the Regulation is revoked.

4. Sections 38.1, 38.2, 38.2.1, 38.2.2 and 38.2.3 of the Regulation are revoked.

Commencement

5. This Regulation comes into force on the later of January 1, 2016 and the day it is filed.
