Amending O. Reg. 424/97

(COMMERCIAL MOTOR VEHICLE OPERATORS’ INFORMATION)

1. Ontario Regulation 424/97 is amended by adding the following section:

1.0.1 A commercial motor vehicle is exempt from the requirements of section 16 of the Act if it is operated under the terms of a Manufacturer permit and number plate issued under Regulation 628 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 (Vehicle Permits) made under the Act.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of January 1, 2016 and the day this Regulation is filed.
