Amending O. Reg. 316/03

(OPERATION OF OFF-ROAD VEHICLES ON HIGHWAYS)

1. Paragraph 1 of Schedule A to Ontario Regulation 316/03 is revoked and the following substituted:

1. That part of the King’s Highway known as Nos. 400, 401, 402, 403, 404, 405, 406, 409, 410, 412, 416, 417, 420 and 427 and the Queen Elizabeth Way.

1.1 That part of the King’s Highway known as Highway 407 East.

1.2 The private toll highway known as Highway 407.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of December 18, 2015 and the day this Regulation is filed.
