prescribed municipal electricity utilities - section 88 of the Act

Prescribed municipal electricity utilities

1. The following are prescribed as municipal electricity utilities for the purposes of Part VI of the Act:

1. Hydro One Brampton Networks Inc.

Commencement

2. This Regulation is deemed to have come into force on August 31, 2015.
