Amending Reg. 950 of R.R.O. 1990

(PROCEEDINGS COMMENCED BY CERTIFICATE OF OFFENCE)

1. The heading to Schedule 4.1.1 to Regulation 950 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is revoked and the following substituted:

SCHEDULE 4.1.1

Employment Protection for Foreign Nationals Act, 2009

2. Schedule 4.2 to the Regulation is amended by adding the following items:

 

2.1	Fail to provide materials	subsection 2 (5)
2.2	Fail to provide translated materials	subsection 2 (6)

 

Commencement

3. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
