Amending O. Reg. 609/06
(CITY SERVICES CORPORATIONS)
1. Subsection 18 (2) of Ontario Regulation 609/06 is revoked and the following substituted:
(2) A corporation may only invest in securities that on December 31, 2017, are prescribed under section 256 of the Act and, for the purpose of this subsection, any regulation made under that section of the Act as that regulation read on December 31, 2017 applies to the corporation as if it were the City.
Commencement
2. This Regulation comes into force on January 1, 2018.
