Amending Reg. 604 of R.R.O. 1990

(PARKING)

1. The heading before section 1 of Regulation 604 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is revoked and the following substituted:  

Parking of Vehicles on the King’s Highway and Toll Highways

2. The Regulation is amended by adding the following section:

7. Sections 1 to 6 apply with necessary modifications to private toll highways. 

3. (1) Schedule 9 to Appendix C to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted: 

SCHEDULE 9

HIGHWAY 407

1. All of the private toll highway known as Highway 407.

(2) Appendix C to the Regulation is amended by adding the following Schedules:

SCHEDULE 19

HIGHWAY 407 east

1. That part of the King’s Highway known as Highway 407 East.

SCHEDULE 20

HIGHWAY NO. 412

1. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 412.

Commencement

4. This Regulation comes into force on the later of December 18, 2015 and the day it is filed.
