Amending Reg. 619 of R.R.O. 1990
(SPEED LIMITS)
1. (1) Paragraph 13 of Part 5 of Schedule 6 to Regulation 619 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is revoked and the following substituted:
Regional Municipality of Halton — Town of Halton Hills
13. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 7 in the Town of Halton Hills in The Regional Municipality of Halton commencing at a point situate 30 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the easterly limit of the roadway known as Caseley Drive and extending easterly for a distance of 245 metres to the boundary between The Regional Municipality of Halton and The Regional Municipality of Peel.
(2) Paragraph 7 of Part 6 of Schedule 6 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:
Regional Municipality of Halton — Town of Halton Hills
7. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 7 in the Town of Halton Hills in The Regional Municipality of Halton lying between a point situate 50 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Willow Park Road and a point situate 30 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the easterly limit of the roadway known as Caseley Drive.
Commencement
2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
