Amending Reg. 734 of R.R.O. 1990

(ESTABLISHMENT OF LOCAL ROADS AREAS - NORTHEASTERN AND EASTERN REGIONS)

1. Schedule 98 to Regulation 734 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is revoked and the following substituted:

WEST RIVERSIDE Local Roads Area

All that portion of the Township of Owens in the Territorial District of Cochrane shown outlined on Ministry of Transportation Plan N-410-A2, filed with the Records Services Unit of the Ministry of Transportation at North Bay on September 4, 2015.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
