Amending O. Reg. 510/99

(COMMUNITY SAFETY ZONES)

1. Subsection 1 (3) of Schedule 5 to Ontario Regulation 510/99 is revoked and the following substituted:

(3) That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 518 in the Township of Seguin in the Territorial District of Parry Sound lying between a point situate 100 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway know as Isabella Lake Road and a point situate 200 metres measured northerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as James Street.

(4) This designation is effective 24 hours a day, seven days a week and every month of the year.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
