Amending O. Reg. 92/14

(Governance of the corporation)

1. Ontario Regulation 92/14 is amended by adding the following French version:

Régie de la Société

1. Chaque membre de la Société et la Société elle-même sont liés par l’annexe 2 du règlement administratif n^o 2 de la Société, daté du 10 février 2014 et affiché sur le site Web de la Société, et sont tenus de s’y conformer.

Amende en cas de non-conformité

2. La somme de 10 000 $ est prescrite comme montant de l’amende mentionnée à l’article 8 de la Loi.
