Amending O. Reg. 196/10

(GRANTS FOR STUDENT NEEDS - LEGISLATIVE GRANTS FOR THE 2010-2011 SCHOOL BOARD FISCAL YEAR)

1. (1) Clause 32 (1) (c) of Ontario Regulation 196/10 is amended by striking out “Native studies” and substituting “First Nations, Métis and Inuit studies”.

(2) Subsection 32 (4) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “Native Studies” and substituting “First Nations, Métis and Inuit studies” in the portion before paragraph 1.

(3) Paragraph 1 of subsection 32 (4) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “Native studies” and substituting “First Nations, Métis and Inuit studies”.

(4) Paragraph 2 of subsection 32 (4) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “Native studies” and substituting “First Nations, Métis and Inuit studies”.

2. Table 27 to the Regulation is amended by:

1. Striking out “91,032,036” in Column 2 of Item 10 and substituting “91,418,736”.

2. Striking out “36,762,801” in Column 2 of Item 14 and substituting “37,523,659”.

3. Striking out “12,418,046” in Column 2 of Item 33 and substituting “12,933,550”.

3. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
