Amending O. Reg. 76/14

(GRANTS FOR STUDENT NEEDS - LEGISLATIVE GRANTS FOR THE 2014-2015 SCHOOL BOARD FISCAL YEAR)

1. (1) Clause 32 (1) (c) of Ontario Regulation 76/14 is amended by striking out “Native studies” and substituting “First Nations, Métis and Inuit studies”.

(2) Subsection 32 (4) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “Native Studies” in the portion before paragraph 1 and substituting “First Nations, Métis and Inuit studies”.

(3) Paragraph 1 of subsection 32 (4) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “Native studies” and substituting “First Nations, Métis and Inuit studies”.

(4) Paragraph 2 of subsection 32 (4) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “Native studies” and substituting “First Nations, Métis and Inuit studies”.

2. Table 25.2 to the Regulation is amended by:

1. Striking out “209,066” in Column 4 of Item 1 and substituting “208,787”.

2. Striking out “9,275,664” in Column 4 of Item 6 and substituting “10,273,924”.

3. Striking out “368,844” in Column 4 of Item 8 and substituting “715,991”.
