Amending Reg. 619 of R.R.O. 1990
(SPEED LIMITS)
1. (1) Paragraphs 1 and 3 of Part 1 of Schedule 124 to Regulation 619 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 are revoked and the following substituted:
Stormont, Dundas and Glengarry
Essex — City of Windsor
1. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 401 lying between a point situate at its intersection with the Ontario-Quebec boundary in the United Counties of Stormont, Dundas and Glengarry and a point situate 695 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Lambton Road in the City of Windsor in the County of Essex.

3. That part of the eastbound lanes of the King’s Highway known as No. 401 in the City of Windsor in the County of Essex lying between a point situate 695 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Lambton Road and a point situate 190 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the centre line of the King’s Highway known as No. 7902 (also known as Ojibway Parkway).
(2) Paragraph 1 of Part 3 of Schedule 124 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:
Essex — City of Windsor
1. That part of the westbound lanes of the King’s Highway known as No. 401 in the City of Windsor in the County of Essex lying between a point situate 695 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Lambton Road and a point situate 190 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the centre line of the King’s Highway known as No. 7902 (also known as Ojibway Parkway).
(3) Paragraph 1 of Part 5 of Schedule 124 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:
Essex — City of Windsor
1. That part of the eastbound lanes of the King’s Highway known as No. 401 in the City of Windsor in the County of Essex beginning at a point situate 190 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the centre line of the King’s Highway known as No. 7902 (also known as Ojibway Parkway) and extending westerly for a distance of 287 metres.
Commencement
2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
