Amending Reg. 619 of R.R.O. 1990

(SPEED LIMITS)

1. (1) Part 1 of Schedule 73 to Regulation 619 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is revoked and the following substituted:

Part 1

District of Sudbury — Twp. of Cox

City of Greater Sudbury

1. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 69 in the Territorial District of Sudbury lying between a point situate 2438 metres measured southerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Crooked Lake Road in the Township of Cox and a point situate 1585 metres measured southerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Estaire Road in the City of Greater Sudbury.

(2) Paragraphs 2 and 3 of Part 2 of Schedule 73 to the Regulation are revoked and the following substituted:

District of Parry Sound — Municipality of McDougall — Twp. of Carling —Twp. of The Archipelago

2. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 69 in the Territorial District of Parry Sound lying between a point situate 1145 metres measured northerly from its intersection with the King’s Highway known as No. 559 in the Township of Carling in the Municipality of McDougall and a point situate 580 metres measured southerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as South Shore Road in the Township of The Archipelago.

District of Parry Sound — Twp. of The Archipelago

District of Sudbury — Twp. of Cox

3. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 69 lying between a point situate 760 metres measured northerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as South Shore Road in the Township of The Archipelago in the Territorial District of Parry Sound and a point situate 2438 metres measured southerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Crooked Lake Road in the Township of Cox in the Territorial District of Sudbury.

(3) Part 4 of Schedule 73 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

Part 4

District of Parry Sound — Twp. of The Archipelago

1. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 69 in the Township of The Archipelago in the Territorial District of Parry Sound beginning at a point situate 580 metres measured southerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as South Shore Road and extending northerly for a distance of 680 metres.

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
