Amending O. Reg. 535/96

(Case Management Masters — Qualifications)

1. Ontario Regulation 535/96 is amended by adding the following French version:

PROTONOTAIRES CHARGÉS DE LA GESTION DES CAUSES — QUALITÉS REQUISES

1. Pour l’application du paragraphe 86.1 (2) de la Loi, la période prescrite durant laquelle il faut, pour être nommé protonotaire chargé de la gestion des causes, avoir été soit membre du barreau d’une province ou d’un territoire, soit juge est de 10 ans.
