Amending O. Reg. 664/98

(FISH LICENSING)

1. The definition of ““fisheries management zone” or “zone”” in section 1 of Ontario Regulation 664/98 is amended by striking out “May 30, 2006” and substituting “December 5, 2013”.

2. Clause 14 (2) (b) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “June 7, 2007” and substituting “December 5, 2013”.

3. The definition of ““fisheries management zone” or “zone”” in section 34.0.1 of the Regulation is amended by striking out “May 30, 2006” and substituting “December 5, 2013”.

4. Schedule B to the Regulation is amended by adding the following:

 

Barramundi

Lates calcarifer

Commencement

5. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
