Toll-Free Period

Period when no tolls are payable

1. (1) No tolls are payable on Highway 407 East during the period that begins on the day that the highway is open for public use and ends on the day before the day this Regulation is revoked. 

(2) For greater certainty, the last day on which tolls are not payable is the day before the day this Regulation is revoked.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
