Amending O. Reg. 406/00

(RULES OF VINTNERS QUALITY ALLIANCE ONTARIO RELATING TO TERMS FOR VQA WINE)

1. Subsection 4 (2) of Ontario Regulation 406/00 is revoked.

2. Item 11 of Table 1 to Appendix A to the Regulation is amended by striking out “18.0° Brix” in Column 3 and substituting “17.0° Brix”.

Commencement

3. This Regulation comes into force on the later of July 1, 2016 and the day it is filed.
