Amending O. Reg. 603/06
(MUNICIPAL AND SCHOOL CAPITAL FACILITIES - AGREEMENTS AND TAX EXEMPTIONS)
1. Subsection 7 (1) of Ontario Regulation 603/06 is amended by adding “and” at the end of clause (a), by striking out “and” at the end of clause (b) and by striking out clause (c).
2. Section 8 of the Regulation is amended by striking out “under the Education Act, the Day Nurseries Act, the Public Libraries Act, the Community Recreation Centres Act or The Essex County French-language Secondary School Act, 1977” at the end and substituting “under the Education Act, the Child Care and Early Years Act, 2014, the Public Libraries Act or the Community Recreation Centres Act.
Commencement
3. This Regulation comes into force on the later of July 1, 2016 and the day it is filed.
