Amending Reg. 619 of R.R.O. 1990

(SPEED LIMITS)

1. (1) Part 4 of Schedule 13 to Regulation 619 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is amended by adding the following paragraph:

District of Thunder Bay – Lake Helen Indian Reserve No. 53A

31. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 11 in the Territorial District of Thunder Bay in the Lake Helen Indian Reserve No. 53A lying between a point situate 360 metres measured northerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Creekside Road and a point situate 170 metres measures northerly from its intersection with the entrance of St. Sylvester’s Roman Catholic Church.

(2) Paragraph 25 of Part 5 of Schedule 13 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

District of Thunder Bay – Twp. of Nipigon, Lake Helen Indian Reserve No. 53A

25. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 11 in the Territorial District of Thunder Bay lying between a point situate at its intersection with the junction of the King’s Highways known as Nos. 11 and 17 in the Township of Nipigon and a point situate 360 metres measured northerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Creekside Road in the Lake Helen Indian Reserve No. 53A.

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
