Amending O. Reg. 340/94

(DRIVERS’ LICENCES)

1. Section 25 of Ontario Regulation 340/94 is revoked and the following substituted:

25. The Minister may impose conditions on a driver’s licence that are appropriate to the holder’s driving ability to ensure that the holder drives safely or to improve road safety, including a condition that a mechanical control or other device be installed and used on any motor vehicle or on any class of motor vehicle that the holder may drive.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of October 2, 2016 and the day it is filed.
