Amending O. Reg. 155/09

(GRANTS FOR STUDENT NEEDS - LEGISLATIVE GRANTS FOR THE 2009-2010 SCHOOL BOARD FISCAL YEAR)

1. Ontario Regulation 155/09 is amended by striking out “Native studies” and “Native Studies” wherever they appear in the following provisions and substituting in each case “First Nation, Métis and Inuit studies”:

1. Clause 31 (1) (c).

2. Subsection 31 (4).

2. Subparagraph 1 ii of subsection 42 (2) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “Native representatives” and substituting “First Nation representatives”.

3. Paragraph 1 of subsection 62 (3) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “and” at the end of subsubparagraph i F, by adding “and” at the end of subsubparagraph ii G and by adding the following subparagraph:

iii. the total of the taxes received by the board in respect of the 2009 calendar year under section 35 of the Assessment Act.

4. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
