Amending O. Reg. 120/13

(GRANTS FOR STUDENT NEEDS - LEGISLATIVE GRANTS FOR THE 2013-2014 SCHOOL BOARD FISCAL YEAR)

1. Subsection 3 (13) of Ontario Regulation 120/13 is amended by striking out “and on the Ministry’s website” at the end.

2. The Regulation is amended by striking out “First Nations” wherever it appears in the English version of the following provisions and substituting in each case “First Nation”:

1. Clause 32 (1) (c).

2. Subsection 32 (4).

3. Subparagraph 1 ii of subsection 44 (2).

3. Paragraph 1 of subsection 63 (3) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “and” at the end of subsubparagraph i E, by adding “and” at the end of subsubparagraph ii F and by adding the following subparagraph:

iii. the total of the taxes received by the board in respect of the 2013 calendar year under section 35 of the Assessment Act.

4. (1) Column 4 of Item 20 of Table 27.0.1 to the Regulation is amended by striking out “704,904” and substituting “1,914,457”.

(2) Column 4 of Item 34 of Table 27.0.1 to the Regulation is amended by striking out “11,403,739” and substituting “12,041,159”.

(3) Column 4 of Item 40 of Table 27.0.1 to the Regulation is amended by striking out “10,687,036” and substituting “10,747,502”.

5. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
