Amending O. Reg. 76/14

(GRANTS FOR STUDENT NEEDS - LEGISLATIVE GRANTS FOR THE 2014-2015 SCHOOL BOARD FISCAL YEAR)

1. Subsection 3 (10) of Ontario Regulation 76/14 is amended by striking out “April 2015” and substituting “April 2016”.

2. The definition of “School Foundation Allocation Table” in subsection 17 (2) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “April 2015” and substituting “April 2016”.

3. The Regulation is amended by striking out “First Nations” wherever it appears in the English version of the following provisions and substituting in each case “First Nation”:

1. Clause 32 (1) (c).

2. Subsection 32 (4).

3. Subparagraph 1 ii of subsection 45 (2).

4. (1) Paragraph 3 of subsection 45 (1) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “paragraph 29” and substituting “paragraph 31”.

(2) Paragraph 4 of subsection 45 (1) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “paragraph 30” and substituting “paragraph 32”.

(3) Paragraph 5 of subsection 45 (1) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “paragraph 31” and substituting “paragraph 33”.

5. Paragraphs 4 to 7 of section 56 of the Regulation are amended by adding “and demolition” after “construction”, wherever it appears.

6. Paragraphs 4 to 7 of section 57 of the Regulation are amended by adding “and demolition” after “land purchase”, wherever it appears.

7. Paragraph 1 of subsection 64 (3) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “and” at the end of subparagraph i E, by adding “and” at the end of subparagraph ii F and by adding the following subparagraph:

iii. the total of the taxes received by the board in respect of the 2014 calendar year under section 35 of the Assessment Act.

8. Table 1 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:
