Amending O. Reg. 141/01
(ASSIGNMENT OF POWERS AND DUTIES)
1. Section 5 of Ontario Regulation 141/01 is amended by striking out “Ontario Regulation 290/15 (Government Stores)” and substituting “Ontario Regulation 232/16 (Sale of Liquor in Government Stores)”.
2. Table 3 of the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:
