Amending Reg. 619 of R.R.O. 1990

(SPEED LIMITS)

1. (1) Paragraph 1 of Part 1 of Schedule 73 to Regulation 619 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is revoked and the following substituted:

District of Sudbury — Municipality of Killarney — Twp. of Bigwood

City of Greater Sudbury

1. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 69 in the Territorial District of Sudbury lying between a point situate 5920 metres measured southerly from its intersection with the centre line of the King’s Highway known as No. 7307 (Daoust Lake Road)/King’s Highway No. 64 in the Township of Bigwood in the Municipality of Killarney and a point situate 1585 metres measured southerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Estaire Road in the City of Greater Sudbury.

(2) Paragraph 3 of Part 2 of Schedule 73 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

District of Parry Sound — Twp. of The Archipelago

District of Sudbury — Municipality of Killarney — Twp. of Bigwood

3. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 69 lying between a point situate 760 metres measured northerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as South Shore Road in the Township of The Archipelago in the Territorial District of Parry Sound and a point situate 5920 metres measured southerly from its intersection with the centre line of the King’s Highway known as No. 7307 (Daoust Lake Road)/King’s Highway No. 64 in the Township of Bigwood in the Municipality of Killarney in the Territorial District of Sudbury.

2. The Regulation is amended by adding the following Schedules:

That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 7307 (Daoust Lake Road) in the Territorial District of Sudbury lying between a point situate 225 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the centre line of the King’s Highway known as No. 7308 (Gauthier Road) in the Township of Bigwood in the Municipality of Killarney and a point situate 890 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Brazier Road in the Township of Delamere in the Municipality of French River.

1. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 7308 (Gauthier Road) in the Township of Bigwood in the Municipality of Killarney in the Territorial District of Sudbury beginning at a point situate at its intersection with the southerly limit of the King’s Highway known as No. 7307 (Daoust Lake Road) and extending southerly for a distance of 1600 metres.

3. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
