Amending O. Reg. 210/11

(GENERAL)

1. Section 1 of Ontario Regulation 210/11 is amended by adding the following definition:

“school board” means a board as defined in subsection 1 (1) of the Education Act; (“conseil scolaire”)

2. The Regulation is amended by adding the following section:

School boards

1.1 (1) A school board is prescribed as a public sector organization for the purposes of paragraph 5 of subsection 4 (1) of the Act.

(2) The following is prescribed as the purposes mentioned in paragraph 5 of subsection 4 (1) of the Act:

1. Providing advice and services related to the process for dealing with surplus real property of school boards set out in sections 3, 4 and 5 of Ontario Regulation 444/98 (Disposition of Surplus Real Property) made under the Education Act or any successor to that Regulation.

Commencement

3. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
