Amending Reg. 365 of R.R.O. 1990

(GENERAL)

1. Paragraph 3 of section 4 of Regulation 365 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is revoked and the following substituted:

3. “Condominium”, “condominial” or any abbreviation or derivation thereof, if the word would lead to the inference that the corporation is a condominium corporation created or continued under the Condominium Act, 1998.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of January 1, 2017 and the day it is filed.
