Amending O. Reg. 75/08

(DESIGNATIONS)

1. (1) Table 1 of Schedule A to Ontario Regulation 75/08 is amended by adding the following item:

(2) Item 75 of Table 1 of Schedule A to the Regulation is revoked.

(3) Item 80 of Table 1 of Schedule A to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

(3) Item 76 of Schedule C to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

Commencement

4. (1) Subject to subsections (2) and (3), this Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.

(2) Subsections 1 (1), 2 (1) and 3 (1) come into force on the later of the day section 1 of Schedule 1 to the Waste-Free Ontario Act, 2016 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.

(3) Subsections 1 (3) and (4), 2 (3) and (4) and 3 (3) come into force on the later of the day section 3 of Schedule 2 to the Waste-Free Ontario Act, 2016 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
