Revoking Various Regulations made under the Waste Diversion Act, 2002

1. The following regulations, made under the Waste Diversion Act, 2002, are revoked:

1. Ontario Regulation 273/02 (Blue Box Waste).

2. Ontario Regulation 85/03 (Used Oil Material).

3. Ontario Regulation 393/04 (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment).

4. Ontario Regulation 542/06 (Municipal Hazardous or Special Waste).

5. Ontario Regulation 33/08 (Stewardship Ontario).

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day clause 73 (1) (b) of Schedule 2 to the Waste-Free Ontario Act, 2016 comes into force and the day it is filed.
