(EXEMPTION FROM APPROVAL (OFFICIAL PLAN AMENDMENTS))

1. The Schedule to Ontario Regulation 525/97 is amended by adding the following item:

59.1

Town of Northeastern Manitoulin and the Islands

January 1, 2017

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of January 1, 2017 and the day it is filed.
